Beetle

Have you ever hosted a dinner party and dinner ends up taking longer than expected?  This is a great game to play as you are waiting for dinner to start.  It's a laid back game and conversation can take place between your guests while they play the game.

Materials: 1 pen/pencil and 1 piece of paper for each player and a die
# of players: 2-8

How to play:  The goal of he game is to be the first one to draw a complete beetle on your paper. Players will take turns rolling the die, each number will represent a body part for the beetle they can draw.  Players must roll a 1 before they can start so they can draw the body.  Also they must have a head before they can draw the eyes or feelers.  Here is a chart to show you what numbers go with what beetle parts.

Each player will have to roll a 3 six times, one for each leg.  Each player will also need to a 4 twice and a 5 twice one for each eye and feeler.  The first one to complete the beetle wins the game.
